Bathe in the swimming pool surrounded by palm trees, or relax in a private cabana on the sand of JARA’s own private beach. There’s so much to do. Feeling active? The table tennis, pool table, massive 6-foot screen (for sports and movies) and leisure games in the shaded games area are all yours. Volleyball and a children's playground await in the park. With plenty of books, board games and latest magazines, it’s also the perfect location for those wanting to do very little too!

SUNRISE STROLL - WATCH THE SUN COME UP WALKING ALONG THE BEACH
Four days a week, Jara offers a complimentary early morning guided walk along the beach. A magical 30 minute walk towards Eleko and back again in time for breakfast. Attendance requires prior sign-up (can be done the day before on site) and is a fantastic way to start the day. The walk starts at 6:30am, meeting your Jara guide at the beachfront on the following days: Friday, Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday.
MOVIE NIGHT
Jara offers guests the chance to watch a movie on our big screen in the gazebo, most nights around 9pm - subject to Football, or Karaoke. A great chance to unwind and enjoy, with drinks and snacks served.
KARAOKE
New in 2023, Karaoke is offered on nights Football or Movie Night aren't shown in the Gazebo. Jara offers a library of hundreds of international and Nigerian favourites. Let's hear those voices!
DIY PAINTING (PAID)
Paint what you like, where you like. Everything you'll need provided. Price: N15,000 per person
Choice of 1 x Canvas / 2 x Drink Cans / 3 x Shells
HORSE RIDING (PAID)
Horse riding is available through local horse owners, along the beachfront. A riding waiver / terms of usage must be signed, prior to riding. PLEASE BE AWARE riders do so at their own risk.
Suitable for Adult riders [only] and passengers (under 18yrs with signed guardian).

EXERCISE
For those looking to do some exercise, we have two great setups at our Jungle Gym with a range of natural free weights (dumb bell and bar) as well as some smaller free weights and simply gym equipment in the gazebo, complimentary.
