​Conference Quay 

Our stunning conference facility 'Conference Quay' boasts a fully air-conditioned, directly oceanfront, first floor room suitable for up to 40 guests. Exclusive use of the room includes tea / coffee / all furniture / 75-inch screen and stationary. This space can also be hired for dinners too. Packages for premium / hot snacks (pastries etc) are available on request - see Small Chop Menu here.

There are meeting rooms, and there is Conference Quay!

  • Half day (10am-2pm) up to 25 guests: N500,000

  • Full day (10am-6pm) up to 25 guests: N800,000

  • Maximum capacity of 40 guests.

  • Additional guests (26-40) are charged at N10,000 per half day (based on 4 hours) or N15,000 for the full day (based on 8 hours - 10am-6pm).

  • Additional room hours priced at N100k per hour (i.e. 8am-10am or 6pm-10pm)

  • Prices include tea/coffee, fruits and packet snacks + stationary, before taxes​​​​

Draft Outline Pricing of a Day Visit

  • 20 STAFF visiting for day, with alcohol served and Conference Facilities: N2,400,000 before taxes.​

  • 20 STAFF visiting for day, without alcohol served and Team Bonding (no conference facility: N1,350,000 before taxes.

  • All pricing excludes 5% consumption tax and 7.5% VAT as standard

  • Extensions permitted (to remain on site) based on 15% of total booking, per additional hour​
