Jara Beach Resort is the ultimate Indulgent Escape. Offering 20 rooms, providing truly All-Inclusive package experiences. Once you make your booking - if you don't wish to enjoy any Extras, you can leave your wallet at home! All-Inclusive alcohol is provided as standard, the package add-on can be removed in the booking system should alcohol not be required. Wristbands will be issued on arrival to alcohol package guests and are to be worn throughout the duration of your experience.

All-Inclusive
Overnight package visits include lunch on arrival, sweet treats, dinner, breakfast, snack station + popular alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and full use of the facilities.
Full Use of Facilities
Facilities include the gazebo, main swimming pool, ICON, cabanas, game areas, terrace and beachfront etc. As overnight guests you will have exclusive use to our beachfront Plunge Pool and PALMA
Child / Nanny Rates
Infants are not charged. Toddlers are aged 1-3 years (25% rate). Children are aged 4-17 years old (50% rate). Nannies are priced the same as children, if staying in the same room as others.
Prices are listed before statuary Taxes (7.5% VAT and 5% Consumption Tax). Room capacities vary.
Jara Beach Resort does not receive bookings through any affiliate third-party platform including Booking.com or Expedia (and others)
Power
🔋⚡ Since inception, Jara Beach Resort has operated on an intentional power schedule. We remain fully off-grid and operate to serve lovers of the beach / outdoors. Light and plugs for small devices will run around the clock. 24 hours. Air-Conditioners and Water Heaters will operate between the following times: 5pm – 7pm and 9pm – 10am ensuring warm showers and cool rooms for an enjoyable night's sleep.
Accessibility
♿ While Jara cannot be considered fully accessible, we have welcomed many wheelchair users and have a range of rooms on the ground floor, some with grab rails. In order of suggestion, rooms: 7, 8, 9 (cabins), 18 and 19 (Garden Rooms) are all suitable, while rooms 1 and 2 in the main house are on the ground floor, access requires three steps. Our staff will willingly assist movement where needed.
Family Cabin Rooms 7 and 8 have an inter-connected door, perfect for big groups / families!

For the best and biggest discounts, join our 100 Club. This is perfect if you're choosing to visit Jara at least once a year, or are making a big booking and wish to benefit from instant savings.
Automatic Discounts (applied in the booking system)
Supplementary Guest Discount - 15%
Rates are shown per person, per night. Any additional guest in the same room will receive a 15% discount, in line with each room's capacity.
Peak Vs Off-Peak
A Peak premium of 10% is applied for visits on Friday and Saturday's
An Off‑Peak discount of 10% is applied for visits Sunday to Thursday's
Big Group Discounts
- Additional 5% OFF when booking for 30 guests and above, per night
- Additional 10% OFF when booking for 40 guests and above, per night

No Alcohol
Should you choose to have No Alcoholic Drinks during your visit, save 5%
Half-Board / Two Meals, not Three
- Just Two Meals and Not Three saves 10% (simply inform the bookings team prior to your visit which meal you'd like to skip)
Bed and Breakfast / Corporate Visits - we welcome B&B visitors (8pm arrival // 11am departure) in any room, subject to availability at a 30% per person reduction. Bookings for Bed Breakfast cannot be booked online, rather via email. Invoices available on request.
Seasonal periods (inc Christmas 🎄 Valentines ❤️, Easter 🐰, New Year ✨ etc) carry a premium of on standard rates, enabling the resort to provide even more special and memorable curated experiences; from decorations, to entertainment, to gifts and seasonal items. All to ensure the very best beach experience.

Seasonal periods are also charged at a two-guest minimum per room, which you'll see reflect in the booking system if booking for a solo visitor - relevant to rooms 6-20. Rooms 1-5 and 18 and 19 permit and charge for a single visitor.
